Complete the Application

The online application has two required sections and one optional section.

Both the New Leaders Application and the Site Support Form must be submitted in order for an application to be considered. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so applicants are encouraged to submit the required materials well before the deadline.

New Leaders Application

Before completing the New Leaders Application, draft your responses to the essay questions. You can then copy and paste your responses into the online application form. You will not be able to save your online application part way through and return to it. Some questions have a character limit, which aims to be considerate of both the applicant’s time as well as that of the SEED staff reviewing applications.

Site Support Form

Facilitation of a SEED seminar is a significant undertaking and successful implementation requires support from a site leader who sponsors the applicant. The site sponsor must complete this form on behalf of the applicant. Applicants may not complete this form for themselves; if you are a site leader (administrator, executive director, etc.) please have someone else leading at your site complete the form verifying the broader site’s support for SEED. The site support person you name in your New Leaders Application will be sent a link via email to complete the form once you have completed the New Leaders Application. Note that your answers are not shared with each other.

Optional Scholarship Section

If your institution is seeking a scholarship, the site sponsor must complete the Optional Scholarship Section at the end of the Site Support Form.
