What is a SEED Seminar?
People who belong to an organization peer-facilitate others within that organization and meet for ongoing conversations on equity and diversity.
SEED partners with communities, organizations, and institutions in bringing people together to learn through self reflection, build relationships through structured dialogue, and create change through systemic analysis.
SEED’s transformational impact, approach to fostering social justice, and connection of individuals and systems is a foundation for long-term change.
New Leaders Training is an intensive experience in which participants explore their own identities and the systems they are part of, and learn how to develop and lead SEED seminars.
People who belong to an organization peer-facilitate others within that organization and meet for ongoing conversations on equity and diversity.
The work of SEED has been informed by the scholarship of more than 120 staff members since 1987, and the SEED curriculum is constantly evolving.
